(BOISE HUB - STATE FARM INSURANCE - STE 100) This building is fire sprinklered for increase in allowable area. To create a 13,761 square foot tenant space located on the 1st floor of an existing 2 story building. This tenant space will have training rooms, a conference room, a waiting room, a lunch room, offices, and office cubicles. A portion of the existing 1-hr corridor on the 1st floor is being incorporated into this tenant space. "Training Room 117" and "Conference Room 115" are both assembly occupancies. Occupant load signage shall be posted at 52 and 55, respectively. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a shower room accessible to the disabled, alterations to the 1-hr corridor, millwork, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. The 4,145 square foot adjacent space must receive its own Certificate of Occupancy before it is occupied. **CJW**
