(HONK'S $1.00 STORE - HILLCREST SHOPPING CENTER) This building is fire sprinklered to allow the area to be unlimited. To expand an existing 2,960 square foot retail sales tenant space into an adjacent 5,893 square foot area. The common wall between the two spaces (92 feet long by 9.5 feet tall) is being demolished. The top of the wall will remain as a bulkhead between ceilings. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a floor area of about 8,853 square feet. Work is to include an interior nonbearing wall, 6 foot tall display racking, support for the hanging bulkhead, and lever door hardware all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
