(TORCH 2) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To construct a new roof (424 square feet) to replace a roof that collapsed. Also, to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for a new tenant in this existing 2,423 square foot building. Work is to include an exterior bearing wall, roof joists, roof sheathing, insulation, and asphalt shingles. A new 132 square foot walk-in cooler is also being installed under this permit.
