(JAVA ON MAIN - EAGLES CENTER - 1ST FLR) Fire sprinklers substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction of the building. To convert an existing 1,575 square foot tenant space to a coffee shop and bakery. This space is located on the first story of a 4 story building. The 1994 UCBC and the 2000 IBC were used to regulate the conversion. Processes that produce grease laden vapors or smoke are NOT allowed in this tenant space. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a new concrete landing at the Idaho Street entrance, a Type II exhaust hood, interior finishes, and millwork all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The occupant load of the dining area (63) shall be posted in a conspicuous place near the main exit. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
