Spoke with a gentelman named Wayne. Let him know I checked with the Building department about his crawl space flooding problem. Let him know this issue is a civil matter between the property owner and the original contractor. I gave him some drainage contractors names out of the telephone book and suggested he contact one of them to investigate the cause of the water in his crawl space.

They stated water is not coming from the ground surface through foundation vents. They described water penetrating through the foundation stem wall footing joint.
