The number of persons incapable of self-reservation at any one time is limited to five (5). The medical gas system is existing and will be altered. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, altered suspended ceilings, millwork, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file. An interior 1-hr wall is due to the owner's request and is NOT a requirement of the building code. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
