3:00p.m. I spoke with the permitee Hershall Keathley, I the conversation he informed me that the inspector had told him that there were problems with the framing of the project and that he feels that he now has them corrected. He also stated that he would like to have an inspection tomorrow for 3-new footings he has excavated to install 3-posts to support a new double 2x10 header that is to support the roof of the patio cover as to not add weight to the eve of the mobil home. I also stated that the permit for the foundation of the mobil home had expired and a new permit would have to be taken out and approved prior to the approval of conversion to real property. 9/14.2005 3:58 p.m. pep

###-#### Hershel C/N I was Called to do a final inspection......Patio cover finished. Owner did not call for footing insp or frame inspection. Approved plan shows all footings ( below posts) to be 12" diam and 24" deep....Unable to verify. The framing that is showing is wrong....ie...frame members for beams installed flat in leiu of on edge, and not breaking above posts. Owner stated that he was not going to change anything and wanted a refund for his permit.
