Description
(Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center)(Bid Package 2A) Mass excavation, shoring, storm drainage work for central tower addition * The scope of work for this package includes the general site demolition within the building footprint area and mass excavation for the Central Tower Addition. The mass excavation and shoring will prepare the site for the building footing and foundation package #2B. Another part of this package is the removal of the existing area-way of the North Tower and its below grade fuel storage tank. A new storage tank for the emergency generators is shown in the basement of the North Tower. While the mass excavation is under way the existing storm drain lines from the South Tower will be disrupted and a new on site storm drain system is included in this package.
