Description	(FAIRMONT POOL BUILDING WINDOW CHANGE OUT) A "Letter of Compliance" is required as a condition of this permit for final approval. Attached plan review comments are considered part of the approved plans and require compliance. To remove large windows located at north & east side of main entry area and double entry doors; install 40" of reinforced masonry stem wall with #4 bar at 16" o.c. vertical and every other course horizontal; to epoxy dowels into existing foundation and grout cells at reinforcement & bond beam; install new smaller windows in wall and new doors. Work does not effect existing structural support system and new CMU wall is non-bearing. PC04-258/drs
