Called architect representative, Jeff Likes, concerning existing upgrade requirements for this building on file from 1994. It appears as if the 3rd floor exiting system, where this remodel is occurring, has not been upgraded. (One-hour corridor and one-hour stair enclosures) Permit records indicate the first and second floor have been upgraded and completed. Jeff indicated he would verify and get back to me.

Met with contractor, Bob Ross, to go over agreement on file to upgrade the building exiting system. The third floor still has not been upgraded. (First and second floors have been completed.) A committment letter referencing possible proposals and a time frame to correct the third floor exiting issues will be provided. This tenant will not receive a permanent C.O. until an acceptable solution and time frame is in place for the third floor exiting issues.
