(NUTRI-VET NUTRITIONALS) Interior remodel to an existing 9,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse tenant by adding two additional offices totaling 544 sq. ft. with additional light storage mezzanine above that is accessed from the warehouse side in existing building per approved plans on file. After remodel tenant space will have 2,044 sq. ft. of office and 6,956 sq. ft. of warehouse. The area above the office is a light storage mezzanine. Work to include some minor interior demolition work, new interior walls and doors, new framed mezzanine floor, new guard at mezzanine, interior finish, suspended ceiling work, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, and electrical work. Special Inspection is required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. Nonseparated Uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. NOTE: This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. Gayle Jensen has requested that the energy code envelope be re-routed around the equipment room (shown as a closet on plan) so the room will be insulated to R-11 minimum. Based on the statement from Gayle, that the existing building has 10% or less of window and glazed door area, Table 802.2(28) has a prescriptive path allowing ANY U-factor for the doors at this room. Nonglazed doors are to meet the requirements for windows and glazed doors per IECC Section 802.2.2.
