11:40am, met with Tim Mokwa (Toothman Engineering) regarding FD access. He requested access through a nother properties parking access. Indicated I needed plans and and an acceptable (recorded) "Access Easement" approved by the two lot owners, and the City of Boise, (including Dave Miller).
3:45pm, Tim faxed and called regarding and proposing an access design (modifying parking) curbs. It a appears to be acceptable. He will resubmit plans.
