Silver Creek Sofware Office Building - To construct a new 7225 square foot, two story, wood framed office building and related site improvements. This building project is being divided into three segments. A shell and core, Silver Creek Software tenant space (first floor 3265 sq. ft. second floor 800 sq. ft.) and a future tenant space (2450 sq. ft.). The shell and core and Silver Creek Software tenant space are constructed under this permit. The shell and core portion of this project will be issued a letter of completion (core areas include a common lobby and restrooms). A miscellaneous permit has been issued with this permit for the Silver Creek Software tenant space (MIS04-00150). A tenant improvement permit will be required to finish the second tenant space for occupancy. The second floor storage areas has 800 square feet of usable area and, because of ceiling height, is limited to storage of office related supplies, equipment and files. The proposed rated corridor is an architect's option and not a code requirement. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. DRH04-53/#04-310/JCM

3:45pm, Tim faxed and called regarding and proposing an access design (modifying parking) curbs. It a appears to be acceptable. He will resubmit plans.
