Approved as noted and attached. Much of the remodel work has been done. The work appears to be finish flooring and interior decorative beams below the existing glu-lam beams beteen interior support columns. A portion of the floor to include within the existing restroom is to be elevated 2" to match existing floor elevation of most of the space. Signage giving direction to the elevator and accessible restrooms existing on the second floor and in the basement are to be provided.
