Inspection noted landscaping not completed. I asked for a written bid and one was faxed to me. It OK to bond for the amount of $13,032.80, with conditions. The street side landscaping becomes very steep as it approaches the intersection at 14th street. Additionally, there is a manhole in the landscaping area at the corner that makes that slope steeper. They were adding a rock wall to cut the slope and make it easier to maintain. Conference with Tempra Wilson regarding this. She asked for contact to discuss modifications. I faxed a letter to Petra approving the bond, with the condition that they contact Tempra Wilson.
