To construct nonbearing walls and install a door and several windows on the first story of an existing building. The new construction will be at the top of a stairway that serves the 09th Street entrance to this building. This stairway serves only the basement and first story. Work is to include 2x4 walls with 5/8" gypsum board, a 36 inch wide door, and several windows with safety glass all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. Within the remodel area, the location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. CJW
