Spoke to Dana Kauffman (architect) for the project. He informed me that the 1st floor and 2nd floor will be hair salon. The basement will be massage therapy and manicure/pedicure. Plans are to be redrawn and resubmitted by architect to accurately depict what the building is to be used for along with all new plumbing fixtures to be installed.
