Description	This project is for the enclosure of an existing 65s.f. covered patio in the rear of an existing single family dwelling. Work to include the installation of a new girder/beam to replace existing at the exterior wall to allow full open area at the new area. The stair will be reconstructed and there will also be a new 192s.f. pergola/shade cover a the rear also. Select windows throughout will be replaced and upper level bath area will be configured. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits will be required.
