The minimum unobstructed interior width of a two-car garage shall be twenty feet (20') and the minimum unobstructed depth of the stalls must be twenty feet (20') for the first stall and may be sixteen feet (16') for the second stall. These dimensions must be kept clear of any permanent obstructions including, but not limited to, mechanical units.

All residential lots shall have a minimum of three (3) deciduous class II trees of which one (1) shall have a minimum 2-inch caliper and the other two (2) shall have a minimum caliper of 1.5-inches as measured by the Boise City Urban Forester. All trees shall be planted and in healthy condition prior to receiving final occupancy for each dwelling.
