(HALF MOON'S UNIQUE GIFTS & CARDS - RETAIL EXPANSION) This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To expand the 962 square foot retail sales area of an existing tenant space by 1,020 square feet. This tenant space is located within a 9,849 square foot, one story building. After the expansion, the retail portion of this tenant space will have a floor area of 1,982 square feet. This tenant space is occupied by a restaurant/retail sales tenant. Before the expansion, this tenant space had a floor area of 2,275 square feet on the main floor and 743 square feet in the basement. After the expansion, this tenant space will have a floor area of 3,626 square feet on the first floor and 1,475 square feet in the basement. The 1,191 square foot restaurant portion (720 square feet devoted to seating) is NOT being altered. It was approved for occupancy under Certificate of Occupancy #7229. Two common restrooms and a janitor closet are also being created that will eventually serve two tenant spaces. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, 3 openings in an existing interior wall, a store front window, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. A doorway will be created between rooms in the basement to provide access to two stairways from the basement. **CJW**
