(MCDONALD'S - ADDITION AND REMODEL) (4-8-05) THE DRAWINGS WERE MODIFIED. THE 87 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION WILL NOT BE CONSTRUCTED. THE 1ST STORY FLOOR AREA AFTER THE 112 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION WILL BE ABOUT 3,001 SQUARE FEET. THE NEW EXTERIOR WALLS WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF 2X6 WOOD STUDS, PLYWOOD, PORTLAND CEMENT PLASTER, AND GYPSUM BOARD. THE ENTIRE BUILDING WILL BE PROVIDED WITH PORTLAND CEMENT PLASTER ON THE EXTERIOR SIDE OF EXTERIOR WALLS. THE DESIGN FOR THE RESTROOM UPGRADE WAS ALTERED BUT THE INTENT IS THAT THE RESTROOMS BE UPGRADED TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE DISABLED. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. To construct two (2) first story additions (87 square feet and 112 square feet) to an existing restaurant building (2,889 square foot 1st story and 1,383 square foot basement). After the expansion, the 1st story will have a floor area of 3,088 square feet. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slabs on grade, masonry exterior walls, wood beams, wood rafters, wood roof sheathing, wall furring, clay tile shingles, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file.
