To construct two (2) first story additions (87 square feet and 112 square feet) to an existing restaurant building (2,889 square foot 1st story and 1,383 square foot basement). After the expansion, the 1st story will have a floor area of 3,088 square feet. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slabs on grade, masonry exterior walls, wood beams, wood rafters, wood roof sheathing, wall furring, clay tile shingles, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file.
