11:15 I called and talked to Ammon. I let him know that I need wall bracing shown for the first and second floor with engineering on the front of the house. I need details of the separation wall, footing sizes and a new foundation plan showing slab on grade. Plans are on hold.

Approved as redlined. Applicant agreed to redline information over the phone. At the 20' setback the driveway width can be a maximum of 28'-8". There still needs to be a 20' depth on the parking stall outside of the garage.

Does not comply with condition 6 of CAA03-316. Condition requires that driveway does not exceed the width of 30' or 60% of the lots width at the 20' setback. Width at 20' setback line is 35' and only 28'-8" is allowed. Have tried to contact applicant several times but the line is busy. I will keep trying.
