meeting with jneberman, v.noble and b. dewayne to discuss problems with now obvious setback issues. there are options..a variance, or change construction design to meet setbacks. first thing to do is establish property lines before going any further with project. It will be ok to do simple dry in" no new wlll framing joists etc. J neberman any new plans from this point forward must be to scale and to reflect the actual design. suggestion was also made for barry do get a professional planner involved to take case to the board if variance is the direction taken. reviewed meeting with mys. 9/16/2004
