Work to include some demolition work, new structural glu-lam beam and steel support columns to existing foundation, new storefront doors and windows, some exterior wall framing above storefront glazing, some new exterior siding, and some interior gyp. board work. Special Inspection required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations, structural field welding, and a certificate of compliance to be provided to inspector for any steel work done in an approved fabricator shop. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. No occupancy allowed under this permit. A separate permit is required for a tenant to occupy the space.
