This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof system and 30 ft. defensible space shall be maintained. Unless otherwise approved by Boise City Fire Department, this structure shall be equipped with a modified 13D sprinkler system, including sprinkler barrrier protection between garage and dwelling, in accordance with their listing requirements.
