This basement was previously construted under separate permit, the shafts, Hvac system, Elevator, exit enclosure and street exits were all previously existing. This building is fully fire sprinklerd for one-hour supstitution, this building was determined for nonseparated uses for A2 occupany per section 302.3.2.
