Vista Village Shopping Center (Buildings A thru B-3)- To remove the existing front canopies over walks and replace with new façade to the front of the original buildings B-1 through B-3. Demo an existing 16,239 sq. ft. retail building addressed as 800-840 S. Vista Avenue, the area north of Lee's Candies and replace this building with building A1 a new 7,450 sq. ft. retail shell only building. Work included in this permit is to include maintaining an existing fire wall at grid line 9 through the new facade, constructing a one-hour fire-barrier around Rooster's Deli and installing fire sprinklers in the entire shopping center. Additional work included with this permit is the on site landscaping and parking lot improvements. This permit does not allow for any interior modifications to any existing tenant spaces other than what is written within this permit. There will not be a Certificate of Occupancy issued with this permit. The area north of grid line 9 is 38,849 sq. ft. and the area south of grid line 9 is 23,530 sq. ft.
