To construct a 2400 sq. ft. one story single family dwelling with a 860 sq. ft. attached three car garage and 500 sq. ft. of partially covered concrete patio at rear of structure per approved plans, all engineering/red-lining and attached requirement list. This lot is within a hillside location and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof system and 30 ft. defensible space shall be maintained. Unless otherwise approved by Boise City Fire Department this structure shall be fitted with a modified 13D sprinkler system, including sprinkler barrier protection between garage and dwelling, according to their listing requirements.
