This building is divided into separate condominiums to allow each unit to be separately owned. Work is to include interior walls, restrooms accessible to the disabled, exterior canopies, overhead doors, man doors, windows, masonry shear walls, and brick veneer all per the approved drawings, engineering, and plan review report on file. This permit does NOT establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant space. Before occupancy, each tenant shall acquire a Certificate of Occupancy for the specific individual tenant space. No unit shall be sold as an individual unit until the condominium plat is recorded with Ada County. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department.
