This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. Class "A" roof system and 30 ft. defensible space shall be maintaines. Unless otherwise approved by Boise City Fire Department, this structure shall be fitted with a modified 13D sprinkler system, including sprinkler barrier protection between garage and dwelling in accordance with their listing requirements.
