The east wall is a common wall and will remain. Additional epoxy/adhesive anchors will be installed in the existing ledger board in this east wall on the adjacent tenant side. Special Inspection is required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. The east wall will now be the exterior wall of the adjacent building and it encloses unconditioned warehouse space. The north wall will be demolished and the adjacent building wall will remain. The adjacent building wall is an existing furred wall on the interior per architect. Bond set at $5,000.00. JCB
