Failed both the DR and the CUP review. Landscape plan needs to be prepared by a licensed landscape architect and address the vegetation along Hampton Street. The trash enclosures are required to be CMU and the detail shows cedar fencing. No bike racks are shown. There are no notes regarding the amenities and Karen still needs documentation showing that a minimum of 30% of the site is open space.
