Description	(BOARDING HOUSE) This building shall be fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-2002. To convert an existing historic building to a boarding house (bed & breakfast). This conversion is regulated by the 1994 Uniform Code for Building Conservation (UCBC). A permit for interior demolition (BLD04-02858) was issued on December 9, 2004. Work is to include 5 sleeping units (1 of which is required to be an "accessible sleeping unit"), interior nonbearing walls, new columns, new beams, gyp-crete floor topping, and finishes all per the approved drawings, engineering, and the plan review report on file.
