Special Inspection required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations at masonry infill work and for structural welding at the awning/canopy construction. No storage racking exceeding 8' in height allowed in the space. East wall of this space is a 3-hour rated fire barrier wall to reduce the fire areas in this building to less than 12,000 sq. ft. South wall of this space is a 2-hour rated exterior bearing wall based on type of construction located 8' to the centerline of the alley with 12" parapet and unprotected openings. The north wall is a 2-hour rated exterior bearing wall based on type of construction with unprotected openings. Nonseparated Uses and Separated Uses in this building.NOTE: DO NOT ISSUE A PERMANENT CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY UNTIL THE CROSS ACCESS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY PLANNING.
