I called Katie Butler concerning general notes on plans on mechanical, electrical, fire protection & design build. She said she would send me an e-mail a comment concerning the general notes and that very little if any modifications will be made to the existing systems that will require compliance with energy code as all existing will at the most possibly need relocating to center or miss walls.
