Work includes selective demolition of interior non-bearing walls and portion of existing rated 1-hour corridor; to infill openings created by demo and install new 20 minute rated door assemblies for doors 700 & 724; upgrade electrical, sprinkler & fire alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with minimum adopted codes and ordinances. Architect has declared on Sheet A0.1 that there are to be no changes to building enevelope, electrical or mechanical that would involve energy code compliance. No electrical or mechanical submitted as part of this permit. The building is fully sprinklered to meet high rise requirements and allowable area increase. drs
