A Elevation Certificate is required before calling for a rough framing inspection. An alternate approval letter by Bruce Chatterton, PDS Director, dated 2/3/05 is attached to this permit and approved plans which allows common access across property lines for both units. This alternate requires a two hour wall enclosure, protected eave overhangs, 90 minute rated assemblies and inspection requirements. (SAM)
