Description	(BOISE VARSITY BAR & GRILLE - BOISE AIR TERMINAL - ORIGINAL CONCOURSE B) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To construct a 1,842 square foot restaurant tenant space in the Southeast corner of "Original Concourse B" at the Boise Air Terminal. The former restaurant tenant spaces at this location will be demolished. Work is to include overhead coiling security grilles, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, millwork, a grease hood, a side-hinged swinging egress door, and finishes. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with 2002 NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. CJW

A temporary occupancy was given with Sam Rogers permission. The temp was given on the fire alarm system in the tenant space which is to be changed out to a new system with the concouse alarm upgrade. Sound levels on when the alarm was activated did not meet the 15db above ambient as per code. Life safety can be finaled when the alarm permit is finaled. I could not make "temporary" under the fire alarm permit since it is in the "review" status.
