Description	(8TH & FULTON BUILDING - BASEMENT STORAGE) This building is fully fire sprinklered because of low fire-flows and because the basement windows are too small. Fire sprinklers also substitute for the basement enclosure. To create a nonrated corridor within the basement of an existing building. A total of four (4) storage areas will be created. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls and interior doors. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, approved modifications, and all applicable codes.
