Exits will be to the north into the existing north tower exit system and to the east to a set of double doors leading directly to the exterior. Work will include construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create the pharmacy and associated support areas; to install the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire supression and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with minimum adopted codes and ordinances; to install a suspended ceiling grid system and supported fixture's; interior millwork and finishes; all per the approved plans to include all red-lined notes and attached plan review comments / conditions of all reviewing agencies. The exit signs and emergency lights located on the roof and at the ground level exits are in question due to motion detectors and photo sensors being installed to control them. Per the electrical engineer NFPA 101 allows the use of motion detectors. I deferred him to Sam Rogers for the final decision for acceptance. The fire alarm system needs to be satifactory for Mike Timmerman prior to phase 1 sign off as well.
