This project is for the remodel of an existing 884s.f. 1-story single family dwelling in the R1CH District. Work to include the removal of and construction of interior non bearing partitions to convert the existing bedroom to a living room; the relocation of kitchen fixtures and cabinetry; the relocation of the bathroom area centrally located between the 2-new bedrooms and constructing a wall to create a new utility room. There will be separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits required. R1CH "interior work only" approved by cer. Exterior changes will require a historical certificate of appropriatness per Jeff Neberman. All per the approved floor plan as marked and attached plan review notes. pep
