(VANILLA FINISH - NO TENANT) (NEWT & HAROLD BLDG) Exterior and interior remodel to a 1,027 sq. ft. space in an existing building for a future tenant per approved plans and DRH03-00208 MOD#2. No Occupancy allowed under this permit. A separate permit is required for a tenant to occupy the space. Work to include demolishing some nonbearing exterior architectural features, interior demolition work, a new exterior door in existing CMU wall per structural engineering with new exterior landing, exterior wall infill in former exterior door opening, new exterior stucco installation, a new accessible restroom as part of upgrade work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. Former tenant in this space was "Baskin Robbins". NOTE: This building is not fire sprinklered. JCB
