A letter from the applicant's geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection. Call Terry Records at 384-3946 R-1A setbacks ok per eeg stipulating that the concrete apron must be a minimum of 3'-0" from the top of the slope and not to exceed 12" above grade. Separate electrical permit must be signed off for the required ground bonding prior to requesting inspection to approve placement of any concrete.
