The building has an existing 2,940 sq. ft. basement that will be sealed off and become crawlspace with crawlspace access only and have no use or storage allowed. Work to include a new exterior accessible ramp and stairway with handrails and guard, some new exterior doors and windows, some exterior stucco work, new skylight/solatube installations, some exterior wall infill, some new interior walls and doors, interior finish, some suspended ceiling work, a new accessible restroom, mechanical work including two new rooftop HVAC units and a new furnace, plumbing work, and electrical work. DEFERRED SUBMITTAL: Please provide structural engineering verification/calculations for the existing roof structure to support the new rooftop HVAC units to the Building Inspector in the field.
