I called Tod with Borup Construction and requested him to fill out his own Alternate design request. (R104.11 Alternate materials, design and methods of construction and equipment.) I also requested he hire his own independent code expert to review his design and formulate a written opinion on his projects specifics. The directive given is that he has his own paperwork for approval. (SRZ)

I requested a new set for re-approval that matches what is actualy being built.(Per review with Field inspector) He stated what he submitted matches what's being built. He stated he would touch base with Jim Story and verify the plans matching what is being built. I told him I was also looking into the previous agreements with this project and would get back to him.
