Talked with Mike of Elkhorn Engineers and he said there is existing adequate make-up air in both the cafeteria area and in the new residential type test kitchen area where new Type II hoods are being installed. He also indicated that the existing Type I hood in the kitchen/cafeteria was intact and that only the suppression system needed upgrading.
