Steelwood Flex. Condos. (Shell Building #2) - To construct a new 5,550 square foot, one story, office shell building. This building will be constructed of masonry exterior wall, concrete slab floor and wood truss roof system. This building will be fully fire sprinklered to comply with fire water flow requirements. This is a cold shell building permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. There is no plumbing, electrical or mechanical proposed for this part of the building project. All construction per the approved plans on file.
