(ST ALPHONSUS-TEMPORARY TENT STRUCTURE) Note: This building to remain in place for 3 years. To assemble a 2,800 sq.ft. membrane structure to be used as an assembly building (conference center) / storage room per approved engineering details, calculations, engineered plans and architectural layout and DRH05-00108. Upon completion of the overall hospital project, this structure will be removed. Work includes excavation for reinforced concrete holddown footings, anchor plates & connections, assembly of structure, exit doors & landings, membrane, mechanical and electrical; to construct interior no-bearing walls with sheetrock cover as per plans to separate the storage area from the assembly area and required 3 foot clearance to membrane structure. To paint a yellow line around the perimeter of the assembly area to designate the required 3 foot clearance per the fire code to be kept clear at all times. Restrooms in adjacent building will be available for occupants of membrane structure. Provide panic hardware on exits doors, post maximum occupant load sign at "299" for assembly occupancy. (drs)
