The occupant load sign shall be posted at in the dinning room area at (83) (Rmh) CUP03-00063 (PLAN MODIFICATION) 11/03/05 / THE FLOOR PLAN HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO REDUCE THE SEATING AREA TO 730 SQ FT BY RELOCATING PARTITIONS. THIS WILL REDUCE THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE ASSEMBLY AREA TO 48, CHANGING THE OCCUPANCY TO AN B OCCUPANCY. THIS WILL ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE TWO HOUR FIRE BARRIER WALL. THIS TENANT WILL CONFORM TO A NONSEPARATED USE M & B OCCUPANCY. NO POSTING OF AN OCCUPANT LOAD SIGN IS REQUIRED. (RMH)
