(RIEBE'S SHOE REPAIR - GEM NOBLE BUILDING - 1ST STORY) This building will be fully fire sprinklered for area and story increase. To remodel an existing 788 square foot tenant space for a new retail sales and service tenant. This space is located on the 1st story (Northeast corner) of an existing 2 story with basement historic building (11,400 square foot basement, 11,400 square foot 1st story, 11,500 square foot 2nd story). This tenant is moving from another location in this building. A permit to renovate the entire building (BLD04-01154) was issued on August 18, 2004. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a restroom accessible to the disabled, a service counter accessible to the disabled, and a shoe shine stand. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system will be installed as part of the building renovation and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
