(DOLLAR TREE) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To remodel an existing 14,772 square foot tenant space for a new retail sales tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, landings and ramps at 2 exterior doors, a 13.33 foot long opening in an existing 18 foot long concrete tilt-up wall panel, new steel columns to strengthen the altered concrete wall panel, new concrete footings to deal with the redistribution of gravity loads in the altered concrete wall panel, alterations to existing restrooms to make them accessible to the disabled, and interior finishes. ON HOLD - I have not received FA plans to connect the duct detector (s) (Corrinne, Alarmco states there is one!). I had talked with her on the 26th of August, she said there were new detectors being installed they would have to monitor. I told her NOT to connect them to the system without the FA permit, she said no problem and they were on top of it, working on the submittals.

The insulation over the sales floor has been repaired but over the restrooms and offices there are still problems.
