Description	(WEST BOISE FAMILY YMCA - SECOND STORY ADDITION) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. Interior nonstructural demolition is covered under permit BLD05-02313. To construct a 2,800 square 2nd story addition within an existing recreational facility. After the addition, the 2nd story will have a floor area of about 21,300 square feet and this building will have a total floor area of about 99,300 square feet. The actual volume of this building remains the same. Work is to include concrete footings, steel columns, steel beams, concrete floor, suspended ceilings, aluminum storefront system, and guards. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
